The Integrated Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for managing the packaging artwork process and serves as an advocate for our client’s brands.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Gather relevant project information, set up alignment calls as needed, and own the communication and direction of the overall project
- Serve as brand steward to ensure equity is maintained consistently
- Work with client, design agencies and printers throughout the process to ensure print feasibility
- Manage artwork process and project timelines for consumer packaging graphics projects
- Facilitate schedule and status meetings with clients, design and production to keep projects on schedule
- Request estimates for projects
- Ship deliverables to the client and printer
- 2-4 years project management experience
- Consumer product company knowledge or experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar
